Switz Kunafa Dough

Kunafa dough is made from fine flour (vermicelli) used with savory or sweet fillings to makes crunchy desserts.

How to use?

  • Take the box from the freezer and defrost it for about 2 hours in the packaging. 
  • Take the Kataifi from the bag and unfold before using 
  • Prepare dishes with your choice of shapes and fillings 
  • Cover the remaining Kataifi with damp cloth Keep frozen (-18°C / 0°F)
