Myints Herbed Baby Potatoes with Tomato Sesame Dip

Can be had as it is after heating, add the sprinkler to make aalu chaat, or be innovative to make dum aalu, aalu methi, potato salad with mayo, honey chilli potatoes

How to use?

Domestic Oven - 
  • Brush the Baby Potatoes with Olive Oil/ Butter/ Refined oil. 
  • Preheat the Domestic Oven at 230°C. 
  • Grill for 3 min. 

Air Fryer - 
  • Brush the Baby Potatoes with Olive Oil/Butter/Refined oil. 
  • Preheat Air fryer at 200°C. Air fry for 3 minutes. 

Pan Heat - 
  • Brush the pan with Olive Oil/Butter/Refined oil. 
  • Heat over high flame for 3 min. Keep the pan covered in between stirring. 
  • For a delicious charred effect, increase heating time to 4 min. 
  • Let the shell of the Potatoes become dark and crispy. 
  • Serve the Dip at room temperature.
