These crisp dosas (rice and lentil crepes) are filled with spiced potato filling. Just heat on the tawa or oven and you have a delicious South Indian meal ready in minutes.
Apply vegetable oil to griddle to prevent dosa from sticking.
Remove dosa from bag and place on griddle and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Flip carefully and heat for another 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Oven/Toaster Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F / 176°C
Remove dosa from the bag and place the frozen dosa on a non stick baking sheet and heat for 22-25 minutes
Flip the dosa carefully and heat for another 4-5 minutes or until the desired crispiness is achieved. Place the coconut chutney pouch in microwave and heat on high setting for 10 - 15 seconds. Carefully remove contents from pouch. Stir and serve with dosa.
