Microwave: Place momos on microwave safe dish. Sprinkle some water. heat on high for 2 minutes.
Steam: Fill 1/2 the steamer with water and bring to boil. Steam for 3 minutes.
Pan fry: Heat 2tbsp oil on non stick pan. Place momos & fry till golden brown. Add 4tbsp water, cover pan and heat for 3 minutes. Let water evaporate, remove cover and cook until base brown and crispy. Add momos in hot oil for 3-4 mins until brown and crispy.
