Everyone’s favourite Mackerel, just got tastier and easier. Cut, cleaned and spiced, all you have to do is toss it on a pan and relish this fresh tasting fish and the richness of its authentic Konkani Masala.
After defrosting, apply semolina (rawa) on both sides of Mackerel, press properly.
Shallow fry in 3-4 teaspoon oil for 5-8 mins. Mackerel Curry/Masala: After defrosting, cut Mackerel in pieces. Add the pieces to your regular curry or masala to enjoy Indian Mackerel.
