Veg Seekh Kebab - Handi

In India, a skewer is called a seekh and these kebabs have been shaped around skewers, ready to be fried. The rich, yet nutty taste of Bengal gram is blended with soybean granules into a smooth puree. Onions and Garlic play their indispensable role of heightening the taste and texture.

How to use?

Can be deep fried, pan fried, air fried and oven baked. 

  • Deep Fry – Preheat oil to 170 Degree Celsius. Fry the product for 3 minutes or until crispy brown. Drain and serve hot. 
  • Oven Bake – Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Arrange the product in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy brown. Serve hot
