Handi Veg Shammi Kebabs

The rich, yet nutty taste of Bengal gram is blended with soybean granules to make the batter for these delicious cutlets. Garlic and Onion add their distinctive flavours and a lovely smooth texture. A traditional recipe has been followed for the selection and combination of the typical Indian herbs and spices used here. 

Shami Kebabs came to India from Central Asia, redolent with the romance and artistry of an ancient land. The kitchens of the Mughal emperors refined these succulent morsels, infusing them with the spices and herbs that India is famous for. Top it all they are also gluten free.

How to use?

Can be deep fried, pan fried, air fried and oven baked. 

  • Deep Fry – Preheat oil to 170 Degree Celcius. Fry the product for 3 minutes or until crispy brown. Drain and serve hot. 
  • Oven Bake – Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius. Arrange the product in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy brown. Serve hot
