How to use?
Deep Fry/Shallow Fry:
- Preheat the Oil in Kadhai /Wok on medium heat at 175°C.
- The oil should not give smoke.
- Take the frozen Puffets from the freezer and fry directly for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from the Kadhai and serve hot
Air Fry:
- Preheat the Air Fryer at 200°C.
- Brush the pockets with oil / butter on all sides.
- Place single layer of 4-5 pieces of Puffets in the baking tray Air-Fry for 5 minutes, flip once done and again bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and serve hot Use a tong or spoon for flipping
